2 Account Registration and Eligibility
The following conditions must be met to open an account and use services on the bcbaji platform:

- You must be at least 21 years old to open an account.
- You must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration — including name, date of birth, mobile number and email.
- Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- A copy of your national identity card or passport may be requested for identity verification when needed.
Account Security
- It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential.
- Allowing any third party to use your account is prohibited.
- If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy
The following policies apply to financial transactions on the bcbaji platform:
Deposits
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method).
- Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket.
- Deposits must be sent from a registered mobile account in your own name only.
- Depositing through a third party is prohibited.
Withdrawals
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
- Standard withdrawal processing time: within 1 hour.

General Transaction Rules

- In the event of suspicious transactions, bcbaji reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account for investigation.
4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers
bcbaji offers various types of bonuses and promotional benefits. Reading the conditions below before claiming these benefits is mandatory.
Welcome Bonus
- New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
- Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,200 as a bonus — total balance ৳2,200.
- Example: Deposit ৳10,000 and receive ৳5,000 as a bonus (maximum limit) — total balance ৳15,000.
- A 20x wagering requirement must be met to cash out the bonus.
- The welcome bonus can be claimed only once per account.
General Bonus Rules
- Bonus offers may be changed or cancelled without prior notice.
- If an attempt is made to claim bonuses using multiple accounts, a VPN or false information, the account will be closed.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they convert to real funds only after the wagering requirement is completed.
- Restrictions on bonus usage may apply to specific games — detailed conditions for each offer apply separately.
VIP Program
bcbaji has 5 VIP levels, with weekly cashback provided at each level:
- Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
- Diamond: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
The method for advancing VIP levels is determined by platform policy and is subject to change.
5 Fair Play Policy and Prohibited Activities
Ensuring a fair and equal environment for all users on the bcbaji platform is our priority. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Fraudulent Activities
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or benefits.
- Playing using software, bots or automation tools.
- Attempting to interfere with or hack game results.
- Attempting to control game outcomes through coordinated or collusive means.
- Using or accessing another user's account.
Anti-Money Laundering Policy
- bcbaji strictly adheres to anti-money laundering policies.
- If suspicious financial activity is detected, transactions will be suspended for investigation.

Consequences of Violations
